Pending before this Court is Plaintiff Michael Dixon’s sexual harassment claim against his previous employer, Defendant State Farm Fire and Casualty Insurance Company (“State Farm”), pursuant to Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2(a)(l) (1994). State Farm has moved for summary judgment.
