The Gonzales County Water Supply Corporation (“GCWSC”) appeals from a summary judgment entered in favor of Edward Jarzombek, Jr. By a single point of error, GCWSC complains that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment because genuine issues of fact exist as to the appellee’s liability under a contract.
