SPINDEN, Judge.

When a business deal between two cousins, John G. Eisele, V, and Brian T. Meyers, soured, Eisele sued Meyers, Meyers’ wife, Marcy, and Waldo Pizza Company, Inc., for civil conspiracy. Eisele alleged that the Meyerses and Waldo Pizza conspired to deprive him of his ownership interest in Waldo Pizza.
