Edward Lammert (appellant), appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to the respondents, Leseo Auto Sales (Leseo), Ernie Lester (Lester), and Daniel Lester (Daniel). Appellant sued respondents for injuries sustained while he was repairing a garage door on their property.
