By order of the Supreme Court of Florida, dated October 12, 1995, the respondent’s resignation from the Florida State Bar *240was accepted, in lieu of disciplinary proceedings, effective nunc pro tunc to June 18, 1992, and with leave to seek readmission after five years.

On May 2, 1996, the respondent was served with a notice pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.
