— This matter involves a dispute between the intestate heirs of the decedent, Paul Plovetsky. Currently before the court are exceptions to the first and final accounting of the administrator of the estate. The exceptants herein are two of the decedent’s nieces, Mary E. Petro and Irene Toth. The respondent is Paul V. Freck, the decedent’s nephew and the administrator of his estate.
