This suit involves a contract dispute between plaintiff Contel of California, Inc., and the Department of the Navy over communications equipment at the China Lake Naval Weapons Center. In an August 18, 1995, order the parties’ respective motions for summary judgment were denied without prejudice to their renewal after certain information was submitted to the Court.
