Shoketsu Kinzoku Kogyo Kabushiki Co., Ltd., also known as SMC Corporation, and SMC Pneumatics, Inc. (collectively SMC) seek reversal of the judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts,

holding that SMC had infringed two patents owned by Festo Corporation and assessing damages.
