Plaintiffs appeal the district court’s granting of defendants’ motions for summary judgment. Finding no error, we affirm.

I. FACTS

Plaintiffs Stults and Wallace were employees of Defendant Conoco, Inc. While employed by Conoco, plaintiffs each held the position of store manager.
