Tatiana Draganova petitions for review of an order by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), which dismissed her appeal of a decision denying asylum and withholding of deportation. Draganova is a Bulgarian citizen who entered the United States in 1989 as a nonimmigrant visitor for pleasure, authorized to remain until March 2, 1990.
