United States · · · 13-06-1996
MORRIS SHEPPARD ARNOLD, Circuit Judge.
Nolan McCoy was convicted of conspiracy to distribute cocaine. He appeals his conviction, arguing that the evidence was insufficient to show his participation in a conspiracy and that the trial court improperly refused to give three jury instructions that he proffered.
