Defendant Paibool Wetwattana pled guilty to conspiring to possess with intent to distribute heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846. The district court sentenced Wetwattana to 84 months of imprisonment to be followed by 48 months of supervised release. Wetwatta-na appeals the district court’s enhancement of his sentence for possession of a firearm pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 2Dl.
