Per Curiam:

Appellants Quentin R. and Frances M. Schroeder (Schroeder) and Jim and Margaret Nelson (Nelson) owned business buildings adjacent to one another in Ely, Nevada. Because of a leak in the water service line leading up to these buildings, both Schroeder’s and Nelson’s buildings sustained property damage.
