Plaintiff Eileen Connolly filed a complaint on February 3, 1993, for injuries she sustained when she was struck by a pickup truck operated by defendant James Brink. The accident occurred in the late evening hours of November 21, 1991, as Connolly and Sachiko Perry were leaving a fundraising event being held at defendant Mount Airy Lodge.
