FIDEL, Judge.

Cowboy Adventures, Ine., a riding stable, requires trail ride customers to sign a document entitled “release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement.” James and Geraldine Morganteen, who signed the document, bring this negligence suit for injuries that Geraldine Morganteen sustained when she was bucked off a horse on a Cowboy Adventures ride.
