Kevin L. Adams appeals the district court’s dismissal of his habeas corpus petition. He contends he should have been

conditionally released from his current sentence and should be currently serving his sentence for a subsequent conviction.

Adams has been serving a controlling prison sentence of 3 to 12 years.
