Chiropractor Debra Perrier sued Max Kimball, Marvin McClure, and Barbara McClure (“appellants”) after she was evicted from office

space she leased for her practice from Stellar Enterprises, Inc. (“Stellar Enterprises”). After the eviction, Stellar Enterprises sold the office property to appellants doing business as Kimball McClure Leasing Company (“Kimball McClure Leasing”).
