This matter is presently before the Court on the Complaint of plaintiffs Jeffrey Sehreiber and Susan Schreiber, parents of minor child R.S., appealing the decision of an Administrative Law Judge pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400

et seq.
