Plaintiff, a resident of Virginia, brings this diversity action for breach of warranty and contract against Defendant, a California resident. Defendant has filed a motion to dismiss, asserting that this Court lacks personal jurisdiction over it. Plaintiff filed its complaint on November 27, 1996.
