On Application for Rehearing Our opinion of August 22, 1997, is withdrawn and the following is substituted therefor. Marx Trice appeals from the trial court's revocation of his probation. He was placed on 3 years' probation after the trial court suspended his 10-year sentence for possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. § 13A-9-6, Ala. Code 1975.
