William L. Morriss, individually and as trustee for the Thomas A. Morriss Trust [Morriss], brought suit against Enron Oil & Gas Company [Enron] alleging causes of action for negligence, gross negligence, fraud, and conversion as a result of Enron’s failure to make royalty payments to the proper party.
