Before this Panel for review are two orders from the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts — one entered on June 17, 1996, denying the debtors’ motion to recuse the bankruptcy judge, and the other entered on September 17, 1996, imposing sanctions in the amount of $8,000 against debtors’ counsel, under Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9011.
