This employment discrimination action arises from the claims of the plaintiff James Reidy (“Reidy” or the “plaintiff’), that he was unlawfully denied overtime assignments in his job as a postal clerk in violation of the Rehabilitation Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 791 et seq.
