MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

McKesson Corp., et al., defendants, move the court to transfer venue of this adversary proceeding to the District of Delaware. The plaintiff, FoxMeyer Health Corporation, opposes the motion and, instead, moves the court to remand the action to the 95th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas.
