This matter appears before the Court on defendants’ motion for partial summary judgment. Defendants argue that summary judgment is appropriate on the following issues: (1) whether the Bloekbuster-Sony Music Entertainment Centre (“E-Centre”) violates the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12201

et seq.
