BAKER, District Judge.
The plaintiffs are architects who designed multi-family senior citizen housing plans. The plaintiffs copyrighted their plans. Allegedly the defendants wrongfully used the plaintiffs’ copyrighted plans to build a housing complex and to contract to build other similar complexes.
