Bankr.P.2004 Order, Security Bank of Kansas City (the “Bank”) mistakenly delivered privileged documents to counsel for National Tour Association, Inc. (“National Tour”), and the Kansas Attorney General. Security Bank seeks a protective order to reverse the disclosure.
