On June 14,1995, defendant Terrance Mit-chem was charged with the following: Mur

a class A felony; Burglary,

a class B felony; three counts of Attempted Murder,

two counts of Rape,

and one count of Criminal Deviate Conduct,

all class A felonies. On December 11, 1995, the defendant was found guilty of all Counts, except for Burglary.
