Plaintiff brought this legal malpractice action to recover damages allegedly occasioned by the defendants’ negligence in failing to prosecute plaintiff’s lawsuit against Hertz corporation and a Hertz employee for intentional infliction of emotional distress, malicious prosecution, and defamation.
