PER CURIAM.

This case presents the following question of law: Is the tort of intentional interference with a contract an “injury to the person” and thereby subject to a three-year statute of limitations under G.L.1956 § 9 — 1—14(b), or is it a property interest created by a contract and thus subject to a ten-year statute of limitations under § 9-l-13(a)?
