Lueyna B. Phair has filed a

pro se

complaint alleging violations by her employer, Montgomery County Public Schools, of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. § 633(a) (“ADEA”) and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d,

et seq.

Defendant moved in January of this year for summary judgment.
