The state of Ohio appeals from an order suppressing evidence of drugs that were seized by police from defendant Peggy Myers’s bedroom.

On January 24, 1996, at 11:15 p.m., Dayton Police Officers Richard Kraft and Steve Bergman were dispatched to a residence at 1524 Viola Street on a complaint of a burglary in progress.
