The United States Playing Card Company (“USPC”), headquartered in Nor-wood, Ohio, has made “Bicycle” brand playing cards for over a century. USPC has one of the oldest registered trademarks in the United States — the Bicycle name.

The Bicycle Club (“the Club”) is a card casino, established in 1984, located in Bell Gardens, California.
