DECISION This is an appeal from an October 3, 1996 decision of the Providence Zoning Board of Review (Board). Malcolm Farmer, III, and Susan L. Farmer (appellants) seek reversal of the Board's decision to grant the requested variances for the property located at 328 Thayer Street on the East Side of Providence, Rhode Island. Jurisdiction in this Court is pursuant to G.L. 1956 § 45-24-69.
