This appeal presents the issues of: 1) whether the Public School Employes’ Retirement Board (Board) erred in concluding that a Public School Employes’ Retirement System’s (PSERS) multiple service member1 who reaches superannuation age in one system may be deemed to have reached it in another for purposes of calculating PSERS eligibility for disability benefits; and 2)
