SMART, Judge.

Keith L. Smith appeals his conviction, after jury trial, for two counts of first degree assault, § 565.050, RSMo 19941, and two counts of armed criminal action, § 571.015, for which he was sentenced, as a prior, persistent and class X offender, to four concurrent terms of fifteen years imprisonment. He also appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief.
