OPINION

KELLER, Judge.

On April 16, 1997 this Court published an opinion holding that applicant’s claims were not barred by the subsequent writ provisions in Article 11.07, § 4. Ex Parte Torres, 948 S.W.2d 469 (Tex.Crim.App.1997). We remanded the case to the trial court to resolve conflicting findings regarding applicant’s allegations.1 Id. at 476.
