SUMMARY OF FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
¶ 1 Richard Boerstler was injured while driving his employer’s truck, in a collision caused by the negligence of Hoover, an uninsured motorist. The jury awarded Boerstler a $65,000.00 judgment against Hoover.
