— The above-captioned matter came before this, court for hearing relative to issues pertaining to the custody of August Lynn Boal (d.o.b. 08/23/92). Hearings had previously been held on July 19, August 17, and September 26, 1995 regarding the issue of plaintiffs’ standing to seek primary custody.
