A District Court jury convicted the defendant of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of fourteen. G. L. c. 265, § 13B. He claims on appeal that the trial judge should have excluded part of the prosecutor’s opening statement, that the trial judge erroneously failed to define “corroborate” in her instructions to the jury concerning the use of fresh complaint
