Southwest Tracor, Inc. (Southwest) appeals the district court’s

judgment in favor of Acme Investment, Inc. (Acme) in this diversity action for specific performance of a real estate purchase agreement. We affirm.

This lawsuit concerns a Best Western hotel located near the Lincoln, Nebraska, airport.
