FARRIS, Circuit Judge:

Jordan Alexander Lee-Benner appeals the bankruptcy court’s dismissal of his adversary action seeking a declaration that debtor Robert Gergely’s debt to him is nondis-chargeable. He also appeals the denial of his objection to discharge of Gergely’s debts, asserting error in certain evidentiary rulings. The Bankruptcy Appellate Panel affirmed both decisions.
