International Gaming Network, Inc. (“IGN”), appeals a summary judgment entered in favor of Casino Magic Corporation (“CMC”) in an action for tortious interference with a business relationship that existed between IGN and the Sisseton-Wahpeton Sioux Tribe (the “Tribe”). The case, here under our diversity jurisdiction, is governed by South Dakota law.
