RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.

Following a jury trial, Charles W. West-brook was found guilty of conspiracy to distribute cocaine base (crack) in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841. He was sentenced to 188 months of imprisonment followed by a five-year period of supervised release.
