McClure Electrical Constructors, Inc. (McClure Electrical) challenges denial of its claim for contract reformation. McClure Electrical sought contract reformation to correct its unilateral bid mistake. On September 26, 1996, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (Board) affirmed the contracting officer’s final decision not to reform the contract.
