Frank deGraauw, Robert deGraauw, and David deGraauw, both as defendants and as plamtiffs-in-reeonvention, along with Lafitte Supermarket, Inc. and F & R Enterprises, appeal the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiff and defendant-in-recon-vention, the City of Abbeville, and denying their reeonventional demands.
