Eddie M. Taylor, a/k/a Eddie A. Taylor, appeals the trial court’s dismissal of his Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, Preliminary Injunction and Permanent Injunction. We affirm.

In 1974, Eddie Taylor executed a promissory note to Pan American Life Insurance Company (Pan American) and executed a mortgage affecting certain immovable commercial property in Gretna, Louisiana.
