Debtor in this Chapter 11 case had operated retail department stores prior to filing their bankruptcy case. It continued as an operating business until a short time after its filing, at which time it ceased operations. While it remains in Chapter 11, it is now in a liquidation mode. Debtor continues to own certain real estate.
