This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for a Preliminary Injunction [Document # 3].1

I. FACTUAL BACKGROUND.

The facts as are relevant for the purposes of this motion reveal the following. Plaintiff Resorts of Pinehurst, Inc. (“Resorts”) owns a hotel and golf course resort in the Village of Pinehurst, an area in Moore County, North Carolina.
