CLAIMS INTERPRETATION IN RE: ’659 PATENT

COVELLO, District Judge.

This is an action for damages, declaratory and injunctive relief. It concerns the validity and alleged infringement of a patent. The parties now move to ascertain an interpretation of the “shoulder structure” as used in U.S. Patent No. 5,046,659 (“ ’659 patent”), by the court pursuant to the holding in Markman v.
